Ashley is a behavior technician/QMHP-C who earned her Bachelors of Art in General Psychology from Norfolk State University and completed coursework in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University and Crime Analysis coursework from Tiffin University. Ashley joined the CAA family in 2018. She has been working with children with Autism and developmental delays since 2009. She has experienced with children ages 3-14 diagnosed with: Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual Disabilities in the home, clinical, and prison setting. Ashley’s professional interest include application of behavior analysis to community-based instruction, social skills, parent support, and criminal behavior. In her spare time, she enjoys softball, swimming, and spending time with family.
