Leonard obtained his Bachelors of Science in Psychology in 1985 from Eastern Mennonite College. After graduation, he worked as a behavioral technician at the Cumberland Hospital for Adolescents and Children. Leonard also worked for MCV Supportive Employment. He joined Counseling and Advocacy Associates in December 2012. In the next year, he plans to start working on earning a certificate in substance abuse counseling. In his spare time, Leonard enjoys football and spending time with his wife, 2 kids, and dog.
