Jessica Rich

Jessica obtained her Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2009. Jessica joined the CAA family in 2015 as an In-Home Worker for children with developmental delays with the EPSDT Program, children at risk of out-of-home placement through the IIH Program, and with adults in need of building independent life skills through the MHSS Program. Jessica plans to continue pursuing her studies at George Mason University as she is undergoing her Masters of Education in Special Education and working toward obtaining her License to become a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Jessica’s passion is in improving family dynamics to ensure a strong family unit, empowering parents, assisting children in generalizing their newly learned behaviors and skills across all settings, and learning about how trauma affects individuals. In her spare time, Jessica enjoys learning about new therapeutic interventions, participating in expressive art activities, such as painting, taking dance classes, and spending time with her family.
